MYSA/BBSC Director Gary Hamilton
Recognized by fans of Middlesbrough FC
Middlesbrough Football Club of the
English Premier League recently named
MYSA Executive Director Gary Hamilton to
its all-time team. The club nominated 30
former stars, 10 each from three distinct eras; 1876-1966, 1966-86 and 1986-present. Fans voted Hamilton, a former midfielder, top of the 1966-86 poll. Hamilton played 272 games for the club before being forced to retire through injury at 26.
MYSA and Border Bandits are proud of the accomplishments of its Director and would like to congratulate Hamilton on this recognition. As top vote getter of his era, Hamilton will have his name added to the "Boro Brick Road," dedicated to the club’s legends and the fans who have cheered them on.
